Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurhayati, NPM: 1815010007. “Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca dan Menulis Dengan Media Alat Peraga Edukatif Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022”. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Quality Berastagi. Masalah yang diteliti adalah rendahnya hasil belajar membaca dan menulis siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas II salah satunya faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya minat siswa dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media alat peraga edukatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas II MIS AL Karomah Berastagi dengan jumlah siswa 24 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis dengan media alat peraga edukatif padamata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas II MIS AlKaromah Berastagi Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Alat pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi dan tes essay, analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil belajar individu, ketuntasan klasikal, dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktivitas guru meningkat dari persentase siklus I 60,4% menjadi 80% di siklus II, aktivitas siswa meningkat dari nilai 56 menjadi 78, ketuntasan individu mencapai nilai KKM yaitu 70, secara klasikal meningkat untuk membaca dari 58,33% menjadi 91,6% yang tuntas, menulis dari 54,17% menjadi 87,5% yang tuntas, dan nilai rata-rata meningkat untuk membaca dari 64,58 menjadi 79,54, menulis dari 65,33 menjadi 81,20. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan berkategori baik dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat setelah menggunakan media alat peraga edukatif pada mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas II MIS Al Karomah Berastagi Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022.
