Abstract

Bekerja dalam waktu yang lama merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan berolahraga, club sport atau salah satu pusat kebugaran menyediakan berbagai jasa untuk tetap bisa menjaga kesehatan dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat karena masyarakat tinggal memilih jenis olahraga yang sesuai atau yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan saat ini di kota Medan masih jarang di temukan pusat kesehatan yang memiliki fasilitas yang cukup di perumahan maupun di luar perumahan sebagai wadah yang besar untuk menampung sekaligus tempat rekreasi yang tepat untuk masyarakat di sekitarnya. Lokasi yang dipilih adalah perumahan medan resort city yang dekat dengan kota dan dapat diakses dengan mudah, selain itu pada salah satu standar perumahan mewah club sport menjadi salah satu pendukung, sehingga pemilihan lokasi menjadi sangat tepat karena beberapa faktor diatas Tema yang di terapkan pada desain ini adalah arsitektur tropis yang dimana itu sangat cocok dengan kenyamanan pada saat berolahraga, seperti penggunaan banyak vegetasi pada area club sport sehingga masyarakat yang berolahraga tidak terganggu dengan panas matahari udara kotor yang dibawa oleh angin dan polusi kenderaan lalulintas yang berlalu lalang. Working for a long time is one of the things that affect physical and mental health. One way to maintain health is to exercise, a sports club or a fitness center provides a variety of services to maintain health and provide convenience for the community because people just choose the type of sport that is appropriate or desired. Based on current observations in the city of Medan, it is still rare to find a health center that has sufficient facilities in housing and outside housing as a large container to accommodate as well as an appropriate recreation place for the surrounding community. The location chosen is Medan Resort City housing which is close to the city and can be accessed easily, in addition to one of the luxury housing standards, the Sport Club is one of the supporters, so that the selection of the location is very appropriate due to several factors above. The theme applied to this design is tropical architecture which fits perfectly with comfort during exercise, such as the use of a lot of vegetation in the sports club area so that people who exercise are not disturbed by the hot sun, dirty air carried by the wind and traffic pollution weed.
