Abstrak

Farmers' harvests are sold to wholesalers at low prices, and these wholesalers then sell them to retailers at prices different from the purchase price, creating a price gap between farmers and retailers. This problem necessitates government involvement in maintaining stable prices and ensuring profitability for farmers. Government efforts to maintain stable red chili prices in the market are inseparable from policies designed to maintain stocks and increase red chili production. Many factors can influence the success of red chili production, including the use of superior seeds. Government efforts to maintain stable red chili prices in the market are inseparable from policies designed to maintain stocks and increase red chili production. One factor influencing the success of a government program is the perception of farmers as the program implementers. A positive perception of the program will motivate them to strive to ensure the program's success, thus improving their welfare. This will serve as an evaluation tool for the government in developing and implementing the program.
