Shallots are one of the horticultural commodities used by Indonesian people as a seasoning and traditional medicine. Almost every type of Indonesian cuisine uses shallots as the main seasoning that must be included. This research was conducted in Nangbelawan Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency from September 2024 to February 2025. This study used a single-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) method, was applied: a combination of compost fertilizer (K) and mutiara grower (N): K0N0, K0N1, K0N2, K0N3, K1N0, K1N1, K1N2, K1N3, K2N0, K2N1, K2N2, K3N2 K3N3, which is K0: control, K1: 25 tons ha-1, K2: 50 tons ha-1 K3: 75 tons ha-1, N0: control, N1: 250kg ha-1, N2: 500kg ha-1, N3: 750kg ha-1. The results showed that the combination of compost and mutiara grower fertilizers did not significantly affect plant height, number of leaves, number of bulb or bulb diameter but had a very significant effect on wet tuber weight per plot. The best dose of compost and mutiara grower fertilizer combination was found at 50 tons ha-1 compost and 500kg ha-1 mutiara grower.
