Abstrak
This study aims to determine the quality of service to community satisfaction in managing police records at the Marwall Polsek, Tanah Karo Police. The sample used in this study amounted to 77 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative. Quantitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. In this study, data and information were collected from respondents using questionnaires or questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the variable (X) the magnitude of tcount > ttable (4.754 > 1.665). Based on this value, it can be concluded that Ha which states the quality of service has a significant effect on Community Satisfaction in the Management of SKCK at the Marwall Polsek of the Tanah Karo Police can be accepted. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R Square value of 0.232 which means 23.2% of community satisfaction is influenced by the service quality variable, while the remaining 76.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
