IMPLEMENTASI METODE RIVEST SHAMIR ADLEMAN (RSA) UNTUK KERAHASIAAN DATABESE MySQL PERUM BULOG KANWIL SUMUT

Abstrak

Perum Bulog Regional Office of SUMUT has confidential data that shouldnt be known by unauthorized parties, namely sales data. The sales data has the value of the company's losses and profits, so it should not be known by unauthorized parties because it can leak the company's weaknesses. Therefore, we are need a system that can keep the contents of the MySQL database secret from the Perum Bulog Regional Office of North Sumatra. The solution offered is that the researcher recommends cryptographic techniques to keep the contents of the MySQL database secret from the Perum Bulog Regional Office of North Sumatra. The researcher used the RSA method for the confidentiality of the MySQL database. However, the results of the Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) method have a weakness in the encryption results, namely the value 0, so the value 0 is not in the ASCII code character.
