PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN KARO

Abstrak

This study aims totest the influence of internal and external factors of employees partially and simultaneously on work productivity and research at the Karo Regency Regional Personnel Agency using questionnaire instruments, the population is all Employees of the Karo Regency Regional Personnel Agency which amounts to 31 people, with a sample of 31 respondents because of the sampling technique used, namely Saturated sample techniques are then analyzed on the data produced using data analysis including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heterochedasticity tests, and multicholinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2) . The data have met the validity test, the reliability test and the classical assumption test were processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y = 8.066 + 0.256 X1 + 0.198 X2 + e. The calculated t value > t of the table namely the internal factor variable of 2,600, the external factor variable of 2,081, and hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the free variable (X1, X2) was partially proven to have a positive influence and significant to the bound variable (Y). testing using the F test of 24,460 > 2.95 showed that the free variables (X1, X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the bound variables (Y). The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.610 indicates that 61.0% of the bound variable (Y) can be explained by both free variables.
