Abstract
This research is entitled "Lauterborn Marketing Communication Model in Increasing the Number of Consumers of YolaShop Serbelawan, Dolok Batu Nanggar District". The purpose of this study is to understand and describe Lauterborn's 4C Marketing Communication Model in Increasing the Number of Consumers of YolaShop Serbelawan, Dolok Batu Nanggar District. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Marketing Communication Model in Increasing the Number of Consumers of YolaShop Serbelawan is (1) In meeting consumer needs the way to do is to recognize the character of consumers, namely by looking at what products consumers are looking for, what products consumers like, and any product that is viral / trending. 2) Cheaper prices and providing free shipping can increase the number of consumers (3) Providing consumer comfort by providing easy access to products, as well as giving rewards to loyal customers.
