Abstract
This research was conducted at the Office of the Head of Lau Simomo Village, Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency, which has an address at Lau Simomo Village. This study aims to determine the level of work discipline of the office employees of the Head of Lau Simomo Village. In this research, data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive qualitative. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and this study uses four (4) indicators, namely presence, obedience to work regulations, compliance with behavior at work, order in clothing. Based on the results of the research after analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer concludes that the level of work discipline of the Lau Simomo Village Head Office employees is still low, it can be seen from there are still employees who sometimes come not on time. Or often late, sometimes coming home from work early, not according to the schedule home, not obeying work rules, not respecting the rules, not respecting work rules, not wearing work uniforms, wearing sandals while working, not wearing neat clothes
