Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction at Minyak Karo UD.Silangit, Ketaren Village, Kabanjahe District. The sample in this study was 100 people. The data collection method was a questionnaire and the analysis method used was Spearman rank correlation analysis and to test the correctness of the data using the t test. Based on the results of the Spearman rank correlation test for the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction, a correlation value of 0.570 was obtained, meaning that product quality has a moderate relationship with customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the t test results obtained a calculated t result of 6.675 with a significance of 0.000, and a t table value of 1, 66 7 means t calculated is greater than t table (6.675>1.667). This means that product quality has a positive and significant relationship with Oil Karo UD customer satisfaction. Silangit, Ketaren Village, Kabanjahe District.
