STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI MADRASAH AL-QUR’AN FADHLUL QURRO TEMBUNG DALAM MEMBANGUN AKHLAKUL KARIMAH ANAK DI DESA BANDAR KHALIPAH DELI SERDANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine "the communication strategy of Pondok Mandrasah Al-Qur'an Fadhlul Qurro in Building Akhlakul Karimah in Percut Sei Tua Village, Deli Serdang". Both from the processors of the tahfizh boarding school and the teachers and What are the driving and inhibiting factors of the Fadhlul Qurro Tembung Islamic Boarding School Communication Strategy in building children's morals This research is of a qualitative type, where research is the key instrument. The stages of collecting research data are interviews, documents. The results of the research interviews have that the communication strategy of Pondok Madrasah Al-Qur'an Fadhlul Qurro is an integrated and persuasive communication technique. But in general, the integration technique is a strategy that is often used by the Mandarasa Al-Qur'an Fadhlul Qurro Islamic Boarding School to educate their santri children both in memorizing the Al-Qur'an and the Akhlakul Karimah of their santri children. From the results of the study, the caregivers did not use a single communication pattern in the Mandarasa Al-Qur'an Fadhlul Qurro Islamic boarding school students, which in fact these communication patterns were used simultaneously in educating, guiding and directing the students. Obstacles faced by caregivers in implementing their communication strategy , according to the results of the study showed that the students were still carried away by their old habits before they lived in the boarding school. Judging from the effectiveness of the implementation of the communication strategy, the results of the interviews showed that the intended strategy was quite effective in shaping the positive behavior of the students. These indications were shown by changes or developments behavior or attitude of students in a positive direction. The level of violations that are small and accustomed to carrying out worship is getting better.
