Abstract
This study aims to determine the supervision of the performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency. The population and samples used in this study amounted to 31 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative. Quantitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. In this study, data and information were collected from respondents using questionnaires or questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the variable (X) the magnitude of tcount> ttable (3.255>1.699). Based on this value, it can be concluded that Ha which states that Supervision has a significant effect on the Performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of Karo Regency is acceptable. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) are shown by the R Square value of 0.268, which means 26.8% of controllingis influenced by employee performance variables while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
