ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS' CITIZENSHIP LITERACY LEVEL IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Abstrak
The development of digital technology presents new challenges in developing students' civic literacy. This study aims to analyze the level of civic literacy of secondary school students in the context of digital technology use. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire covering aspects of knowledge, critical thinking skills, and digital citizenship attitudes. The study subjects consisted of 120 randomly selected junior high and senior high school students. The results indicate that students' civic literacy levels are in the moderate category, particularly in the aspects of digital information verification skills and understanding of rights and obligations as digital citizens. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating digital citizenship education into Civics learning to improve civic literacy in the information age.
