DEVELOPMENT OF SCRAPBOOK MEDIA ON PANCASILA EDUCATION SUBJECTS IN CLASS IV SD N 040457 BERASTAGI SCHOOL YEAR 2024/2025

Abstract
This research is a development research that uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation in the subject of Pancasila education material rights, obligations and rules. This research aims to develop scrapbook learning media in the subject of Pancasila Education in grade IV of SD Negeri 040457 Berastagi for the 2024/2025 school year. Scrapbook media was chosen because it can increase students' curiosity in the learning process. The results of the study showed that the students' response to scrapbook media reached 97%, which was included in the very good category. Validation from material experts, media, also showed very good results with the respective percentages, namely media experts 100% very feasible and material experts obtained 100% very feasible to use in learning and from the results of the assessment, students' understanding of thinking concepts increased. The conclusion of this study is that the development of scrapbook learning media has met the criteria, namely its feasibility and plasticity. The use of scrapbook learning media by students received a positive response, namely from 26 out of 27 students by obtaining an overall score of 97% based on the results of the percentages and student response instrument sheets obtained an overall total of 338 out of 378 with the category "Very Practical".
