This study aims to analyze the level of civic literacy of secondary school students in the context of digital technology use. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach with a Likert-scale questionnaire covering aspects of knowledge, critical thinking skills, and digital citizenship attitudes. The study subjects consisted of 120 randomly selected junior high and senior high school students. The results indicate that students' civic literacy levels are in the moderate category, particularly in the aspects of digital information verification skills and understanding of rights and obligations as digital citizens. This type of research is with Research and Development (R&amp;D) ADDIE model. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. After analyzing the data on the research results, the validation results obtained by the validator lecturer on the development of science teaching aids on human body organs from the media expert validator were 87%, with a very valid category, from the validation of the material expert lecturer, namely, 89%, with a very valid category.
