Abstract
This study aims to determine the description of student learning motivation in class IV SDN 044826 Samura, a description of the learning achievement of fourth grade students of SDN 044826 Samura, and the significant influence of student motivation on learning achievement in class IV SDN 044826 Samura TP 2020/2021. This type of research is a correlational study using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all students of class IV SDN 044826 Samura as many as 29 people and the sampling technique used a total sample so that the sample in the study amounted to 29 people. Data collection techniques used to determine the description of student learning motivation using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Meanwhile, learning achievement data is taken from the average odd semester list of scores (DKN). The data processing technique used is validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test t test. The results of this study indicate that the description of the learning motivation of fourth grade students of SDN 044826 Samura is in the very high category with a total questionnaire value of 1,339 with an average of 83.68. The description of the learning achievement of the fourth grade students of SDN 044826 Samura is in the very good category with a total score of 2,455 and a final average of 84.65. There is a significant influence between student learning motivation on learning achievement in class IV SDN 044826 Samura TP 2020/2021 with a value of t count 12.395 greater than t table 2.056 and a significance value of 0.911.
