Abstract
This research was a qualitative descriptive research which aimed to see the involvement of teachers in playing activities in order to improve student learning outcomes. The object of this research was teacher involvement from designing play activities to improving student learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were 3 Al Hira Permata Nadiah Kindergarten school teachers. In collecting data, researchers carried out observations and also directedt interviews with research subjects. The data collected was analyzed by using a data analysis technique known as the Interactive Model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana which consists of several analysis stages, namely; a. data collection, b. data abbreviation, data presentation, and conclusions. The target output of this research is to publish research articles in accredited national journals.
