Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family income and civics learning
motivation of students at State Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe. The type of research used is
correlation. The variables in this research consist of independent variables and dependent variables. The
dependent variable is motivation to learn Civics and the independent variable is family income. The data
analysis technique used is product moment correlation analysis with hypothesis testing using the T test.
quite good, the description of students' Civics learning outcomes is in the good category, and there is a
significant relationship between family income and the motivation to learn Civics in class V of State
Elementary School 040443 Kabanjahe..
